Weekly Pick: Alderman Exhibitions’ Re-Opening and Screening

Though we are no longer posting our comprehensive lists of weekend arts events, we will be posting our weekly picks of the openings that intrigue us. This week, we’re excited to see Alderman Exhibitions‘ new West Loop space. They’re hosting a Re-Opening Celebration and Screening.

The evening will feature a special screening of Robert Chase Heishman and Brendan Meara’s feature length film, Long Fuse and selected artworks by their represented artists.

Selected artworks by our represented artists will remain on view through Sunday, March 18th. Gallery hours are 12-5 on Sunday. Monday and evening visits are welcomed by appointment.

Alderman Exhibitions aims to provide emerging and established artists, architects and designers with a place to show their work, collaborate across disciplines and foster dialogue. The program is enthusiastically elastic and experimental with a focus on tasting/testing/plying&challenging methods of display.
