Chicago Artist Database – Recently Added Artists

To encourage artists to upload their work to the Chicago Artist Database, we will be featuring five recently added artists on Chicago Art Magazine.  You can add yourself to the database here. (Note: the system is buggy and we don’t provide tech support, so read the uploading directions carefully.)


Joe Anderson – I am interested in developing unique material and chemical processes for creating art. The chemical and material process of creation is a parallel for the act of seeing; physically altering the brain in order to create a current view of reality.

Lyubov Momot was born and educated as a fine artist in Ukraine. She graduated from Republican Art School in Kiev with a B.F.A. in painting and went on to Lviv Academy of Arts to graduate with a M.F.A. in decorative arts and textiles. Her artwork has been exhibited and acquired by galleries and private collectors in both Europe and the United States. She now lives in Chicago, U.S.A.
